Training:

  • All members must complete the initial First Due training prior to the effective date

  • Members with higher access permissions must complete the relevant training related to their permissions.

  • Career members must contact their BTF through their Company Commander if they require training.

  • Volunteer members must contact their Station Training Coordinator if they require training.

 

Immediate Support:

For immediate, operational support regarding system use and data entry procedures:

  • Career members should contact an on-duty BTF.

  • Volunteer members should contact their Station Training Coordinator. 

  • Use the tracker for Issues and feedback:
