First Due Updates

Phase 1: December 18, 2025

Phase 2: Early January 2026 (Specific date TBD)

1. Training: Tracks training hours to ensure compliance with mandated training requirements.

2. Events & Activities: Documents non-emergency activities such as public education and community outreach initiatives. This module will also serve as a notification center, alerting members to required actions and outstanding tasks.

Required Action

The official changeover time is December 18, 2025, at 07:00 hours. At this time, the CAD feed will switch from Firehouse to First Due.

Company Commanders must ensure that all NFIRS reports in Firehouse are completed prior to December 28, 2025, at 17:00 hours, at which time Firehouse access will be turned off.
